Professional Development

A scientific and psychological approach to better understand yourself, discovers your talents, and identifies your characters. The course is designed for who want to change his/her life and achieve a more stable, satisfactory, and healthier state in your career and professional. Some working experiences are preferred but not mandatory.

  1. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION IN BUSINESS (30 hours):

Communication skill is very crucial in your professional life. The students will learn the definition of business communication skills (both verbal and writing), and how we can achieve that. Some practice and case study will the instructed during this module.

  • Definition, characteristics, process, importance of communication in business
  • Different kinds of communication
  • Features of communication

 

  1. THE PROCESS OF BUSINESS COMMUNICATION (30 hours):

By understanding what is needed from your correspondence, the students will have a better idea of the importance of successful business communication. In this section, the detailed structured process of communication will be instructed in variety ways. Both verbal and writing communication skills will be covered here.

  • Elements of communication
  • Communication concepts
  • Nonverbal Communication
  • Process of preparing effective business messages
  • Planning steps, basic organizational plans
  • Beginnings and endings
  • Composition of the message

 

  1. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION PRINCIPLES (40 hours):

More principle, based on learning material and experience, will be talk about in this section. The students will also have peer practice, and feedback will be provided by both instruction and group members.

  • Through styles: completeness, clarity, conciseness, correctness, concreteness, gestures: considerations, manners: courtesy, presentations and follow-up or feedback.

This training is primarily hands-on. Assessment methods therefore include:

• Direct observation during classroom sessions

• Checks for understanding, Q+A, and class participation

• Adequate completion of homework given in all modules

COURSE INFORMATION

• Number of Trainees: Maximum 10 students

• Training Frequency: 100 hours in total

• Delivery Method: Onsite training in a classroom or workplace, instructor-led format

• Tuition Cost: $200/hr (Total tuition $20,000)
